Customer Service Representative

Hart Electric Membership Corporation has full-time positions available in the Hartwell Office for Customer Service Representatives.  Job duties include but are not limited to: providing prompt and courteous customer service, processing applications, and generating service orders, plus all other issues pertaining to customer service. Education and Experience: Requires applicant to be a high school graduate/equivalent. Requires a minimum of one-year general office experience (clerical and administrative) including but not limited to: interacting with the public and handling monetary transactions.  Previous call center participation preferred.  Applicant must demonstrate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
