Hart Electric Membership Corporation has full-time positions available in the Hartwell Office and Toccoa Office for Customer Service Representatives. Job duties include, but are not limited to: providing prompt and courteous customer service, processing applications and generating service orders, plus all other issues pertaining to customer service. Education and Experience: Requires applicant to be a high school graduate/equivalent. Requires a minimum of one year general office experience (clerical and administrative) including but not limited to, interacting with the public and handling monetary transactions. Previous call center participation preferred. Applicant must demonstrate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
