Register for Outage Notification via Text Messaging

This process allows you to associate up to five email addresses with a Hart EMC account number. An email will be sent to each of the addresses if an Outage Restoration Job is created in our Outage Management System that involves the listed account number. An Outage Restoration Job is created for an outage incident when sufficient information has been received to locate those members involved in the outage. This process can take up to 30 minutes, thus delaying the email generation. An additional email will be sent when the Outage Restoration Job is complete and we believe that all members have power restored. Short outages may not generate any email messages.

Members that utilize mobile email or text messaging may find this very useful. To have the outage notification sent to a mobile device, contact you provider to obtain an email address.

To add registries for your account, enter your account number and click on "Submit".  To remove an registry for your account number and/or change the email address associated with an account number, enter your account number and click on "Modify".
